Member Account Updates

Changes begin September 2026 and will continue through 2027:

• New streamlined invoices will give you exactly the information you need without being overwhelming.
• The subscriber (policy owner) can view updated account details in the Member Portal.
• A new Guest Pay Portal will allow nonsubscribers (spouses, dependents, and nonmembers) to pay an invoice quickly without having to log in.
• Invoices sent in September will highlight new due dates, new autopay dates, and new billing account numbers.
• We will have a new mailing address for payments beginning September 1, 2026.
• The automated phone payment option will be unavailable for some time during the fall of 2026 while we transition to a new payment system. More details to come in future communications.

• Updates to security measures will give the subscriber exclusive full access to billing history and account details.
• Benefit visibility will change slightly, with your Summary of Benefits available in the Benefits tab of the Member Portal starting September 2026. You will no longer need to leave our website to view this information.
